Note: I’m not an athlete or a doctor. I’m a normal person with a normal job (kindergarten teacher) who wanted to be healthier and made a plan to become so. I tested some things out. Some of them worked and some didn’t. These are the 4 that worked the best, and have had the most impact on my health.
